		<description>Great read, cousin. :) Don&#039;t ask how I found your blog. I wasn&#039;t specifically looking for it. Serendipity. Julie &amp; Julia was a great film. Saw it over the weekend, and even at 10 at night, it made me want to go home and cook even more. I have never personally cooked duck though. I may have to fix that gap in my experience.</description>

		<description>And how would the duck you acquired compare to a Long Island Duckling? My mother used to roast them in the oven... and sometimes rotisserie them.  As I recall, she kept the duck fat for a pate.  That was all in the winter on... Long Island.</description>
