Many of your recipes have become standards for us. It's been so long since we've seen anything from you in the Food Section... We hope you prosper at your current location. We've just returned from a trip to France. -- Paris, Le Berry, Les Landes, and Provence/Vaucluse. The food was beyond my talents for description. (But you'd pull it easily.) We tried to find L'Estanquet in Les Landes, (a touchstone for Judy Rodgers), but it was no longer the same..... Still, there were many great reunions. We got good waves. Enjoyed spit-roasted suckling pig at a small castle. Helped cook for a wedding party. And renewed our love for rabbit, duck, sea snails, and octopus. Which is so hard to do here.
