Maybe things have changed in the years I&#039;ve been away from the US, but when I lived and cooked there, most of the stoves were electric, not gas. And how can you use a wok on an electric burner? 

Great, flexible recipe (I&#039;d probably add some dried shrimp/sakura ebi). Love it. From someone who grew up hating spinach.</description>
